The hotel's architecture is impressive and grand, and the service at the restaurant was impeccable. The staff was always warm and welcoming, and the food was reasonably priced and delicious. the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient for us, and the ample space for organizing parties was a plus.

The lack of heating in the common areas made for a very uncomfortable stay. When we asked for blankets, it took several phone calls before they were finally delivered, and my friend and I had to share a single duvet.

The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the airport. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our entire stay. They were always there to offer assistance and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. From ironing facilities to air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities to a mini-bar, this place had it all. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a sitting area, in-room safe, dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a major plus for us. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, including free toiletries and a hairdryer. Plus, the electric kettle came in handy for a warm cup of tea after a long day of exploring. we were impressed with the quality of the room and the attention to detail.

In terms of drawbacks, we didn't come across any major issues during our stay. The only small inconvenience we faced was that it was a bit hard to get taxis to this hotel.

I spent Christmas at a hotel in New Delhi and overall it was a decent experience. The location was spot on as it was located near a shopping mall and a metro station. The room was spacious and had a hot water kettle, which was convenient. The staff was polite and friendly.

There were some downsides. The check-in process was a bit slow and the staff was not well-informed about the process.
